The Gradient Former produces accurate and reproducible gradients with different profiles: linear, exponential, concave or convex gradients. He is available for gradients from 600 ml up to 2,000 ml and can be used for generating gradients for polyacrylamide gradient electrophoresis gels, as well as chromatographic column elution and sucrose density gradients.
