Advanced heating technology
The Mini oven OV2 features an advanced ventilation system that ensures even temperature distribution within the oven chamber. Temperature is precisely controlled in a range from 10°C above room temperature to a maximum of 85°C. A platinum sensor recognizes temperature deviations bigger than 0.1°C and directly triggers the heating system.
Thermo housing
The OV2 Mini Oven is eqquipped with double wall glass door. Thanks to a vacuum between the two door plates minimum heat emission is achieved. Thus samples can be watched without heat loss through the from door.
Versatile application
The rotor speed can be set between 6 and 10 rotations per minute, allowing precise control of hybridisation conditions. A maximum of 12 hybridisation bottles (10 or 15cm length) can be incubated in the OV2. Alternatively, 6 large bottles (30cm) can be incubated at the same time. Thanks to very gentle rotation, even in the large bottles minimum hybridisation solution is required (down to a few ml).
