Advanced heating technology
The Mini oven OV1 features an advanced ventilation system that ensures even temperature distribution within the oven chamber. Temperature is precisely controlled in a range from 10°C above room temperature to a maximum of 85°C. A platinum sensor recognizes temperature deviations bigger than 0.1°C and directly triggers the heating system.
Versatile application
The rotor speed can be set between 6 and 10 rotations per minute, allowing precise control of hybridisation conditions. A maximum of 12 hybridisation bottles (10 or 15cm length) can be incubated. Alternatively, 6 large bottles (30cm) can be incubated at the same time. Thanks to very gentle rotation, even in the large bottles only minimum hybridisation solution is required (down to a few ml).
Complete with accessories
The OV1 comes with 4 large hybridisation bottles and 5 hybridisation meshes. The meshes can be placed between the membranes to ensure efficient hybridisation even when the blots are overlapping.
